Will you accept my pets?
We welcome most pets with maximum of two pets per apartment. Certain breeds may be restricted and the weight of the pet must not exceed 100 lbs. Pets require $10 monthly pet rent/ $20 for two. A total deposit of $400 (1/2 refundable) for 1 animal, and $500 ($200 refundable) for 2 animals. Please contact property for more details and pricing.

What is the Application Fee?
The application fee is $50 per person. There is a $150 administrative fee due at time of application

What is the Security Deposit?
A one bedroom requires a $100.00 deposit, a two bedroom requires a $200.00 deposit and a three bedroom requires a $300.00 security deposit.
